Our business has seen double-digit growth every year since we began in 2008, and last year (2020) we closed over 500 mortgages totaling over $180 million.

On our team, we have 2 administrative assistant roles.  Our customer relations team are our front-line service people. In this role you will greet clients arriving for appointments, take incoming calls, help schedule appointments by phone or email, answer basic questions and ensure all mortgage-specific inquiries get routed to the right person on the team. You will also manage ongoing customer relations, checking in at regular intervals to ensure clients are happy with their mortgage experience, managing email and social media outreach campaigns, and much more.

We also have a broker assistant team, who work directly with our senior mortgage consultants to assist with active mortgage deals as they proceed from initial client appointment through to funding. Broker assistants are responsible for a variety of organization tasks such as saving email attachments and scanning customer paperwork, writing follow-up emails, preparing forms, ordering appraisals and coordinating with lawyer offices and realtors to ensure the mortgage process goes smoothly.  And once a mortgage is complete, broker assistants also ensure the software systems are updated, the file is audited and then filed for storage.
