Mackenzie is currently serving as 2nd chair on the board of the Comox Valley Chamber of Commerce — comprised of 12 business leaders from our community and tasked with helping provide governance and direction to the organization.
Rotary
Mackenzie Gartside & Associates is a proud supporter of Rotary, and both Mackenzie and Kevin are members and have served on the board of directors for the Rotary Club of Comox Valley. Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
Between 2005-2009, Mackenzie served as the JDRF Family Chair for northern Vancouver Island. Supported by the JDRF staff in Victoria and working with an amazing and dedicated local volunteer network, she organized events such as the annual Telus Walk to Cure Diabetes to raise money and awareness awareness for finding a cure. Our office continues to support the JDRF through our annual Halloween fundraiser and volunteering with the Telus Walk to Cure Diabetes.
