Every year the Canadian Mortgage Professional magazine releases a ranking of the Top 75 Brokers in Canada (ranked by the amount of mortgage volume). We broke into the ranking several years ago, and in the last 3 years we ranked 45th, 40th and the 31st last year. We were really happy with the trend, and were hoping this year to place in the 20s.
So when the ranking issue was published this year, it came as a pleasant surprise to find ourselves having skipped the 20s entirely and landing at #12 in Canada!
First and foremost, thank you so much to all of our clients for placing your trust in our team to help you get the best possible mortgages for your needs. We truly believe it’s an honour and a privilege to serve this great community, working for you to ensure you are able to strive for and achieve your home ownership and financial goals.
Thank you also to our incredible realtor, legal and business partners. We could not provide great customer service to our clients without relying on an extensive network of other great businesses here in the Comox Valley. There are often tight timelines and stressful situations that come up in real estate transactions, and we could not make it all work and keep that stress off our clients without your hard work and dedication to your crafts.
And last but not least, I personally would not be anywhere without the unbelievable support of my team. In our office we work together on our deals to ensure every client benefits from the collective wisdom of four licensed mortgage professionals and the support of six people dedicated to client care. They are the best people in the world to work beside every day (and more evenings than we’d like to admit).
At the end of the day of course, it’s not the volume that motivates us, it’s the positive feedback we get from happy clients and the difference we have the opportunity to make in their financial future.
